Answer
Yes, you can use a Danalock on a multi-point locking door although that will require some modification of the handle.
You’ll need to drill through the handle to match up with some of the Danalock mounting holes and then use appropriate fixing screws to attach it solidly.
It’s important to note that because these doors “lock” by raising the handle first you’ll still need to manually lift the handle before locking the door.
