No, they just need to be pressed in "the right way" :-)
Solution
Some Customers have reported that the buttons on the Danfoss Living Connect Radiator Thermostat don't work. We've found that due to the way the buttons have been designed they need to be pressed at a certain point to make them operate:
The buttons have their "tilt point" on the outer edge, so they need to be pressed towards the inner edge in order for them to move enough to actually operate the electronic switch underneath.
