What is the length of the new Q-Reader lead between the pulse module and the data logger. I have a long distance (approximately 22m) between the meter (located next to road) and the house and propose to connect the pulse module to the requisite cores of a CAT5e cable (already laid underground) and then connect the Q-Reader within the house where it can connect via z-wave to my hub. Is this proposal possible if the cable is not long enough? View answer

Manual says it transmits every 15mins in Normal mode. But does the message contain multiple readings or only a single reading covering the entire 15mins. I am after history with lower granularity, say 1min, but don't want to drain battery with Real-Time mode.

Will this work with the new smart gas meters. (EDF have installed a Flonidan branded Smart Gas Meter but it cannot connect to the mobile telephone network so cant get at the data)
