It seems like there might be an issue with the logic implementation. Is the zigbee temperature and humidity sensor itself configured correctly (for example, to report immediately on 1°C temperature changes) and does it report reliably when the temperature changes? If that's working and you want the socket on below 20°C and off above 22°C, then a simple pseudo-logic implemented against an EVENT from the sensor would be something like: IF sensor <= 20 THEN turn on socket, IF sensor >= 22 THEN turn off socket. The Hubitat forum is usually the best place to ask for help with this type of query.
