Has anyone experienced antenna issues with C7 hubs while using Fibaro smoke detectors or similar Z-Wave devices?

One thing you could try is moving the second Hubitat C7 to a different location (perhaps a friend's house or work office) temporarily and see if the problem persists. That would rule out any environmental issues/interference. It would also be worth reaching out to Hubitat support and asking them to investigate further, it's possible they have some diagnostics that they can carry out on the Z-Wave radio to confirm it's working correctly with your Fibaro smoke detector.
