Is a 4W LED bulb with neutral compatible, or do I need a Fibaro Bypass with this setup?

Unfortunately, there's no way to know without testing. 4W is technically lower than the minimum load requirements, so it may require a Fibaro Dimmer Bypass 2. Even with a Fibaro Dimmer Bypass 2, it might not have much of a dimming range. If you don't need dimming, it would be better to use a relay module, or alternatively, just plug the lamp into a smart plug/socket instead.
