Fibaro drivers for SmartThings
Z-Wave Fibaro Roller Shutter 3
I purchased a pair of Fibaro FGR-223 from you a couple of years ago for use with SmartThings. Since the upgrade they have not worked properly.
Do you have, or can you recommend, a SmartThings driver for the Roller Shutter 3?

If an officially supported device isn't working as it should do then you should reach out to SmartThings support and ask them to investigate further.
If it's not an officially supported device then it would be a case of asking on the SmartThings Community to see if anybody has created a third-party device driver for the device.
