As far as we're aware Nest don't currently support native / direct integration into HomeKit.
That said, both Hubitat and Homey Smart Home Hubs offer integrations with HomeKit and both support Nest devices to a certain degree, so it might be possible. You'd need to check their respective forums to see if anybody else has achieved it.
