No that's not possible since the PAN03 only supports a single Association Group with a single Node for Binary Switch Report messages.
Philio PAN03 assiciation question Z-Wave Philio In Wall Switch
I want to use a basic mains external PIR as the switch input to a Philio PAN03 and associate that to a second PAN03 which switches light on/off. I don't want to have to use my Domoticz controller to achieve the connection as that becomes a point of failure if it goes down. Is it possible to associate two PAN03's together for this configuration?
