Is there any reason why these Fibaro Roller Shutter 3 models will not work with a 4 wire 230V AC curtain motor (open, close, neutral, earth)?

Is there any reason why these Fibaro Roller Shutter 3 models will not work with a 4 wire 230V AC curtain motor (open, close, neutral, earth)? I tried several units and had to return them to Amazon (I've just discovered this website and would've bought them here if I'd have known as they're cheaper!). I'm running them directly using SmartThings connected to Dooya DT52S/45 motors. No matter what I do, or how I set the parameters, they fail to complete the calibration process. Instead of going open, close, open when manually triggering calibration, they just open fully and stop. Without completing calibration I can get them to work with the manual switch but will not be able to see their position in the app or set them to be partially open. I've had to replace them with the older Roller Shutter 2 model, which worked immediately as it should.

Unfortunately we're only able to offer Technical Support on products that have been purchased from ourselves for obvious reasons.
I would suggest contacting the shop that you bought the goods from for help, or try contacting the manufacturer directly!
