The blurb on this product says you can connect an external probe, but one is not supplied. The picture shows a very neat looking probe. Can anyone recommend a specific (and cost effective) probe that is known to work with this sensor?

The probe is basically two exposed wires separated by some insulating material: when the water creates a connection between the two, it sets off the alarm. I looked around a lot but the most cost effective was a DIY solution: two thin wires wrapped around a 2by2cm piece of wood and 1cm apart from each other. I wish I had taken a picture of it!
