Hi John,
We've always specified standard 47mm back-boxes for the Fibaro modules.
Not sure why they have done this as 60mm in most wall, especially stud walls, is impractical. The Dimmer2 is 22mm deep and this wouldn't require such a large box. We've found the 47mm will comfortably accommodate the module, wires and switch.
Itâs important that the device is installed into an appropriately deep wall box (pattress), making sure thereâs room for the device to dissipate heat and the existing cables not to be squashed or strained - https://www.vesternet.com/knowledgeba...
