The Nano Dimmer should automatically detect the type of load that it is connected to when it is first powered on and configure itself appropriately.
Note though that with a non-dimmable load you will likely need to install a Dimmer Bypass as well, since in 2-wire mode the Nano Dimmer needs to leak current through the load in order to power itself and this will probably cause the non-dimmable load to flash or flicker unless a Dimmer Bypass is installed.
