While the Ring alarm system appears to use the Z-Wave protocol it doesn't look like Ring have publicly stated that it will work with other 3rd-party Z-Wave devices.
Z-Wave is a standard communications protocol, so any Z-Wave device should at least Include into any Z-Wave network on the same frequency, but whether the device has any functionality depends on whether the Z-Wave controller (in your case the Ring alarm) supports the specific Z-Wave Command Classes that the device uses.
I would suggest reaching out to Ring Support and asking them if they have a list of devices that they support, or that are known to work with their system.
