No because it has 'dry' (volt-free) contacts. These contacts can be used to control an alternative voltage or act as a pure open/close switch for alarm panels and similar applications. So there is no way the module can monitor power.
If you want to monitor power use, then I would suggest using the Qubino Relay-1 Plus - http://www.vesternet.com/z-wave-qubin... - this will control the load and monitor the power used.
