I bought this motion sensor and tried without success to include to my new smartthings hub v2 (UK version). Smartthings support advised me to confirm that the motion sensor is also a UK version (not a US one), as apparently the frequencies are different... Can you please confirm that this sensor works with the UK version of smartthings hub?

Yes this works with the UK version of Smarthings. I have two setup and working fine. If you have removed the tab from the battery and pressed the button on the inside just prior to asking smart things to search/add the sensor it should find it. You just need to make sure it is within range. So best to do right next to the hub for pairing.

I can confirm that this Fibaro Motion Sensor works flawlessly with my Smartthings Hub (v2). I did not have to enter any specific device handler as the 'Fibaro Motion Sensor ZW5' works fine.
