I think you would have difficulty installing in a UPVC door - it depends if you are able to drill a suitable hole into the door to accommodate the main sensor. This works fine in VERA, you can check this in our Z-Wave Compatibility Guide - http://www.vesternet.com/compatibilit...

Yes but it would depend on the profile of the PVC as it would have to be located away from any seals.
