I have exactly the same set-up 5 Phillips 6W dimmable LED bulbs in one light fitting. Without the bypass one bulb glows slightly when the fitting is switched off. I've put in the bypass and it's now OK.

I would recommend that you fit the bypass. It is designed to be installed for loads less than 50W and your total load is only 30W. Hope that helps.

With a 30w total maximum draw, you shouldn't need the Fibaro Dimmer bypass 2. I have a similar setup with 4x 7.5W LEDs (from Soraa) and can dim down to 5%.
I did need the bypass, however, for a wall lamp with 2x 6W LEDs). It would dim to about 50%, and then would flicker below that level. The bypass solved that problem.
