Unlikely to fit unless you use a "booster header". My unit is locked away but I believe the connector is the standard height - about 8.6mm.

No it will not, pin extender required. I use a RPi 3B and it fits neatly inside the official case, no heat issues

Forgot to mention. The large (metal) heatsink will probably severely disrupt the radio waves to and from the z-wave.me board. Range will probably be severely limited.
