We don't test devices with HS, but we shipped a number of devices to Homeseer about a year ago for testing. They all worked. So there should be no issue with this version of the Dimmer working.

Yes, it does. I have several connected to HS3. The first one I connected to an incandescent bulb in the hallway, works brilliantly, reports the power used perfectly. The next two I setup with dimmable LED bulbs seem to have a problem reading the power out, I have not yet had time to work out why. They both control the LED bulbs excellently, so they all actually work well, just the little niggle of not reading the power.

Mostly, however associations are very flaky.
When adding a device you will need to change the default association to get status updates from the module. Also the buttons and slider values may need tidying up as the zwave plugin for HS3 sometimes creates them incorrectly.
Once you have tweaked the above they work fine.
Currently using Dimmer2, RGBW, and Relay from the Fibaro range.

Turns out I needed the beta version of the z-wave plugin as the latest prod one was very unhappy. All seems okay now. Thanks for input.
