We donââ¬â¢t use or sell ST ourselves so canââ¬â¢t comment on compatibility - you would need to check with SmartThings to confirm compatibility.

Yes I have two of these flood sensors and they work right out of the box as they are directly supported by Smartthings. You need to have the sensor almost on top of the ST hub to get them to pair but when paired they can go anywhere.
