Hi - we have a lot of customers using this with ST. I believe there is a community created Device Handler to enable it to work. ST themselves have created support for the older version and are working on support for this new version.
Hope this helps.

Yes it will work with smart things. also works with indigo and z-stick which is fantastic. much better than the fibaro Hub.

Yes and No.
I have the dimmer and fitted it to the back of my momentary light switch (I had to buy a momentary switch and get a deeper back box though!). It connected to SmartThings without too much bother and no need for any additional controller.
The problem is that this product is not yet officially supported by SmartThings so the "device type" ends up using a generic Z-Wave Multi-Channel Device. I have a had a few problems getting it to recognise whether the light is on or not, so automation is hit and miss.
Am hoping that the official support that is supposedly coming soon, will fix this.
You can however dim the light from the SmartThings app as well as from the wall, so I believe that this will bea good product for SmartThings soon enough.

Connected it to my SmartThings hub, defaults to on/off/dim but there is a driver you and easily install which will give you power usage.

They work perfectly... I have one behind every light switch in my house (momentary switches work best). You just need to use a custom device handler which can be found on the Smartthings Community forum. The latest custom handler has options to change all the parameters and can respond to double clicks / shows power meter.
