if you get the sensor working yes it has 5 different levels of sensitivity.

Yes it can. There are 5 sensitivity levels for the motion sensor.

The settings for motion sensitivity can only be changed through your controller though, it's not a physical jumper like some other devices. Make sure your controller supports this product first. If you are a technical user and you know how to send custom configuration settings to your device you can do it that way too. The manual specifies the command class, config setting, values and number of bytes the settings take.

I have no idea because that sensor doesnt work with fibaro HC. Im waiting forfirmware update 6th month now.

It has 5 level of sensitivity but I don't have pets to verify if it is pet friendly.

Parameter #4 is Motion sensor sensitivity, which can be set to off, or 1 (least sensitive) to 5 (most sensitive). I don't have pets so I can't say how easy it is to set so that it ignores them.

I'm not sure about pets but it has 3 levels of sensetivity. I have set mine up with the lowest level and in not getting any false alarms so far. It's a nice piece of kit and was easy to set up with my smartthings hub. 10 out of 10 once again Aeon Labs.
